TLC Lottery is a Birmingham-based charity raising money for Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice, and Focus Birmingham through a weekly lottery.
TLC Lottery wanted to encourage more people to sign up to the lottery in order to raise more money for the three charities. They asked Digital Glue to create family-friendly seasonal advertising concepts to reflect what a TLC Lottery winner could spend their prize money on.
Our starting point was putting ourselves in the shoes of a winner – what would we spend the winnings on? Our brainstorm led to the following three concepts; home improvements, new experiences, and winter getaways.
The aim of each advertisement was to provoke different emotions amongst TLC’s audience. We used a mix of photography and bespoke illustrations to achieve this.
