ACR Heat Products are a Midlands-based manufacturer of EcoDesign Ready woodburning, multifuel, gas and electric heat products. With over 30 years of expertise and knowledge, ACR Heat Products look to bring warmth and comfort to every home.
We were first approached by ACR Heat Products in July of 2019. As a manufacturer who sold through the high street and online retailers, they had mainly used traditional advertising but had no visibility of the success of this advertising, and against a series of the market, challenges were seeing sales challenges. This was particularly evident in a lack of online leads with potential customers unaware of the products on offer.
ACR Heat Products wanted to see if the use of digital marketing could tap them into reaching a further potential client base and raise awareness of their brands and the products they offer.
The key focus for our work with ACR Heat Products was producing an advertising campaign and PPC activity that would drive both awareness and sales.
The first step for Digital Glue working with ACR Heat Products was to perform an initial review of the brand so as to ascertain which social media platforms would perform best for them – there is no one size fits all approach.
We created both a Facebook page and an Instagram account through which ACR Heat Products could drive organic engagement and growth and provided a guide on how to maintain these channels, and best practice on the use of content.
In addition to this, we created advertisements on both platforms with a key focus of awareness and engagement. Using strong imagery and video, these advertisements aimed to increase awareness and positively influence the perception of the ACR Heat Products brand.
Sitting alongside the awareness advertisements we created conversion ads with the objective of driving traffic to the ACR Heat Products website. Using Facebook’s AI we are able to highly target the most relevant users and track those that complete a key action via the ACR Heat Products website.
We also utilised Google display ads for remarketing. Using this highly targeted system we presented users who have already visited the website with visual advertising directing them back to the website to find a stockist for ACR Heat Products.
- 4,233 new users visiting the website from social media, and 1,190 of those searching for a reseller near their location.
- The Facebook page has grown to 553 likes.
- Their Instagram channel has reached 359 followers.
The actual results are down to the number of reseller enquiries generated through their website.
