How will it be delivered?

Online sessions are done by Google Meets. However, if you have any issues with using this platform, please let us know beforehand.

Training in-person is delivered either in our own offices in Birmingham City Centre, or at your own offices.

What does the day look like?

  • If online, you will be given a link beforehand, as well as any necessary documents and resources you might need. 
  • When the session begins, you will then have a short introduction, where you will meet your team and learn more about the objectives of the session. As the training proceeds, questions will be encouraged throughout. 
  • Interactive discussions and tasks will be held at regular intervals, as well as frequent breaks to keep you feeling refreshed. At the end of the session, we’ll review the content and go over any thoughts and questions. 
  • The session will last approximately 2 hours, including break times.
