You may recall 6 months ago when we announced our investment in AquAid watercoolers for our office – with each purchase, an automatic donation is made to the Africa Trust. These funds are used to build ‘Elephant Pumps’ – a modified version of an old Chinese rope pulley system. One such pump will be a much needed source of clean and fresh drinking water for many.
Since then, AquAid has built a well in Digital Glue’s name, providing us an opportunity to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We are incredibly proud to be a part of AquAid’s cause, which has built over 5,000 such Elephant Pumps across parts of Zimbabwe, Malawi and Liberia; and have donated in excess of £13 million to charity.
